    Mount Rainier Cabin Rental Policies:

  • CHECK-IN any time after 4 p.m. and CHECK-OUT by 11 a.m.

  • Early check-in (1 p.m.) and late checkout (2 p.m.) are available at most cabins. There is a $50 service fee to cover the extra cleaning staff required to ensure that the cabins are prepared to our high standards in a shortened amount of time. The service fee for both early check-in and late checkout is $100.

    Early check-in and late checkout are NOT available at The Dancing Bear Lodge due to the length of time it takes to clean the cabin.

  • The Little Bears Cabin and the cabin called Three Bears Lodge are dog friendly with advanced approval and a $20 nightly fee. Sorry, no dogs permitted at our other cabins. Cats and other animals are not permitted at any of our cabins.

  • For the consideration of all of our guests NO SMOKING is allowed in any of our cabins

    Children Are Welcome At All Of Our Cabin Rentals:

  • We provide board games, Xbox with video games, children's movies, and toys.

  • For your convenience we can provide a travel style crib, highchair and/or booster chair upon request. Waterproof mattress pads are also available. Just let us know in advance and we'll leave them out.

    Cabin Rental Payment Options:

  • If you would like to pay by credit card, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged automatically 30 days prior to your stay.

  • If you would like to pay by check, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your stay.

  • For reservations made less than 30 days in advance we require payment in full by credit card at time of booking.

  • We're happy to hold nights for a few days if you need to discuss booking arrangements with your party.

    Minimum Stay Requirements:

  • Offpeak Season: No minimum stay required Sunday through Thursday; 2-night minimum on weekends (Friday and Saturday)
  • Summer Season: 2-night minimum stay required
  • Holiday Periods: 3-night minimum stay required on all holiday periods including Federal Holidays; 4-night minimum on Thanksgiving weekend
  • For single night stays there is a $25 cleaning fee for Little Bears Cabin, Three Bears Lodge and Lazy Bears Creekside Cabin, and a $75 cleaning fee for The Dancing Bear Lodge.
  • Occasionally we can accomodate shorter stays than the minimum requirement, so feel free to inquire!
