Flexible Minimum Night Stays and Check In/Out Times:

• CHECK-IN is 4 p.m. and CHECK-OUT is 11 a.m
• Feel free to inquire about shorter stays than our advertised minimums, we're happy to accommodate on a space available basis.
• For single night stays there is a $25 cleaning fee for Little Bears Cabin and Three Bears Lodge. For Dancing Bear Lodge add $75 for single nights stays.
• Early check in or late check out available. Arrive three hours early or depart three hours later. The service fee covers the extra cleaning staff required to turn over the home quickly. Not available at the Dancing Bear Lodge.

Children Are Welcome At All Of Our Cabin Rentals:

• Children 12 an under are only $10 per night.
• Children under 2 are free.
• We provide an XBox, board games, children's movies, a few toys and Mt. Rainier of course.
• For your convenience we can provide a travel style crib, highchair and/or booster chair. Waterproof mattress pads are also available. Just let us know in advance and we'll leave them out.

Mount Rainer Cabin Rental Policies:

• Day visitors are $5 per person. RVs or Trailers are $25 per night.
• $40 per night fee will be charged for any guest who stays without prior arrangement and payment.
• For the consideration of all of our guests NO SMOKING and NO PETS  
• Renters must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to check in on our guests to ensure that our policies are being respected.

Mount Rainier Cabin Rental Payment Options and Policies:

• We accept Visa and MasterCard and PayPal. We prefer payment by check if your reservation is at least two months away.
• For reservations made more than 30 days in advance we charge 50% at time of booking.
• Reservations are charged in full approximately 30 days prior to your stay.
• 10.24% taxes will be added. That includes 8.8% standard WA State tax plus a Washington lodging and tourism tax.

Mt. Rainer Cabin Rental Damage and Cleaning Deposits:

• A damage, cleaning and smoking deposit of $300 is required in addition to your reservation. This will be authorized on your credit card 30 days prior to your stay. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent, but is fully refundable after our housekeeper has verified our basic cleaning and damage policies are followed.

Mt. Raineer Cabin Rental Cancellations and Refunds:

• Thirty-days cancellation notice is required for a full refund minus 10% cancellation fee. This helps us cover the Visa transactions fees and bookkeeping costs.
• No refund for cancellations within 30 days of reservation but we'll make every effort to rebook the nights. If we can rebook the dates we will happily refund the reservation minus the 10% cancellation fee.
• We're happy to adjust your invoice dependening on the final count of guests that stay. We regularly adjust customer invoices up and down based on the number of guests. We only require that you inform us in advance of the total number of guests anticipated.
• No refunds for adverse road or weather conditions, power outages, failure of electronics or appliances including hot tub or other inconveniences out of our control. Of course we are reasonable, if the road is impassable due to a wash-out for instance, we'll refund your stay or help you select new dates to return. The mountain cabins are on well maintained county roads and have always been fully accessible. Traction tires, chains and/or 4-wheel drive may be required at times in the snowy conditions near Mt. Rainer.
