Mount Rainier Cabin Rental Policies:

  • CHECK-IN is 4 p.m. and CHECK-OUT is 11 a.m

  • Early check in or late check out available, check in three hours early or depart three hours later. There is a $50 service fee to cover the extra cleaning staff required to ensure that the cabins are prepared to our high standards in a shortened amount of time. This option is not available at the Dancing Bear Lodge.

  • No minimum stay required Sunday - Thursday during Spring, Winter and Fall

  • 2 night minimum on weekends and summer

  • 3 night minimum on all holiday periods, 4 night minimum on Thanksgiving weekend

  • Feel free to inquire about shorter stays.

  • The cabin called Three Bears Lodge is dog friendly with advanced approval and a $20 nightly fee. Sorry, no pets permitted at our three other cabins.

  • For the consideration of all of our guests NO SMOKING in any of our cabins

Cabin Rental Payment Options:

  • We ask for either payment in full or a 50% deposit at time of booking. But we're happy to discuss holding nights for a few days while you work out your plans.

  • The second half of the amount due is required 30 days before your stay.

  • For reservations made less than 30 days in advance we require full payment at time of booking.

  • We prefer payment by check but accept payment by credit card as well.

Children Are Welcome At All Of Our Cabin Rentals:

  • We provide XBox, board games, children's movies, toys and Mt. Rainier of course.

  • For your convenience we can provide a travel style crib, highchair and/or booster chair. Waterproof mattress pads are also available. Just let us know in advance and we'll leave them out.
