Mount Rainier Cabin Rental Policies:

  • CHECK-IN any time after 4 p.m. and CHECK-OUT by 11 a.m.

  • Early check-in or late checkout available, check in three hours early or depart three hours later. There is a $50 service fee to cover the extra cleaning staff required to ensure that the cabins are prepared to our high standards in a shortened amount of time. This option is not available at the Dancing Bear Lodge.

  • The cabin called Three Bears Lodge is dog friendly with advanced approval and a $20 nightly fee. Our Little Bears Cabin will be dog friendly starting September 1st, 2010.
    Sorry, no dogs permitted at our other cabins and cats are not permitted at any of our cabins.

  • For the consideration of all of our guests NO SMOKING in any of our cabins

Minimum Stay Requirements:

  • Offpeak Season: No minimum stay required Sunday through Thursday; 2-night minimum on weekends (Friday and Saturday)

  • Peak Season: 2-night minimum stay required

  • Holiday Periods: 3-night minimum stay required on all holiday periods; 4-night minimum on Thanksgiving weekend

  • Occasionally we can accomodate shorter stays than the minimum requirement, so feel free to inquire!

Cabin Rental Payment Options:

  • If you would like to pay by credit card, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged automatically 30 days prior to your stay.

  • If you would like to pay by check, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your stay.

  • For reservations made less than 30 days in advance we require payment in full by credit card at time of booking.

  • We're happy to hold nights for a few days if you need to discuss booking arrangements with your party.

Children Are Welcome At All Of Our Cabin Rentals:

  • We provide XBox, board games, children's movies, toys and Mt. Rainier of course.

  • For your convenience we can provide a travel style crib, highchair and/or booster chair. Waterproof mattress pads are also available. Just let us know in advance and we'll leave them out.
